Bought a vaxhall Corsa for our daughter lovely little car .. The sales team lets us look around the car no hard sell .but when we wanted a question answered they were happy to help 5 stars all round

Just bought a VW Golf for my son from Hawkes, great car,drives really well, very happy. There was no pressure to buy what so ever & I did the test drive on my own. Well done guys!

I would buy here again. These folks stand by the cars they sell after they sell them! This is a peace of mind I dream of. The cars are the cleanest I have aver seen in a used-car business. Great experience! Purchased summer 2017.

Hawkes did everything quick and it was easy, Geoff wasn't pushy for a sale and everything was done without a fuss. Geoff wasn't there when we collected the car, But, Jason was on site and had everything in order. Thanks Eric.

Was told I couldn't test drive the car I liked unless I committed to buying it. Sales man didn't want to get the car out as it was raining and would waste his time if I didn't want to buy it!!! Who buys a car without test driving!!!!??? Gutted as loved the car and had travelled from Felixstowe and phoned Sales man before coming.

Its very disappointing for us to receive a negative review as customer relationships is so very important to us. As we told Nicki we would never expect anyone to purchase a car without test driving it first & at no point was she ever told she couldn’t test drive the car despite the monsoon conditions outside. We simply politely asked what her intentions would be after she had test drove the car as she had clearly stated prior that she just wanted to see what a Polo drives like and compare it to her own car a Volkswagen Golf & wasn’t looking at purchasing a car at the present time. We would always get the cars out of the showroom for a Potential customer to test drive & always welcome a sale as that is the reason for us being here to sell cars. On this occasion though Nicki didn’t like being asked that and I’m afraid by her response and behaviour a negative review unfortunately was always going to be the outcome.

Purchased a Renault Meganne for my son the sales person was very helpful did not pressure us and the car we purchased was a 2009 year and the car is like a brand new car. its very well looked after and everything was with the car i.e. handbook 2 keys Etc.. And the price of the car I think was good value for money. Next time I need a car I will visit these people first. 100% Perfect.
