Our son purchased a car from Hawkes a few years ago now. He had such a positive experience both during the buying process and after sales service, we went back there again when my wife needed to replace her car and Geoff and the team did not let us down, again the service was first class. This time it was my turn. I have been looking for a while but have been hanging on in the hopes that Hawkes would have something that met my requirements. I'm happy to say that they took stock of a Vauxhall Astra which we viewed, test drove and purchased this morning and again the whole experience was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Hawkes, in fact I'd go as far to say this is the only dealer I would buy a car from.

Purchased a DS3 from Hawkes. Never been there before and found it through autotrader (after having test driven the same model at a very dodgy garage in Suffolk, luckily I didn't buy that one) anyway, messaged them Saturday which I found out was the day they got the car. They messaged me back in the evening which I was surprised about but obviously delighted with, told them I was interested, they held it till Monday for me to look and I paid deposit Monday as the car was in fantastic condition and I really wanted a DS. They said it would be ready next day as they were just going to sort one the advisory which was a slightly worn tyre. They did this and also told me to bring the car back in the next week or two so they could fix a parking sensor (parts had been ordered were just waiting). I took the car home Tuesday after paying the rest of the balance. Its such a lovely car and it's the first I've bought for my own, a positive experience and I would definitely go back to them again. I think i have a three month warranty which is nice too! Anyway, I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to this time.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Family run business with great level of care. I travelled a long way to collect the car, staff were extremely helpful, no pressure and looked after me well. One very happy customer.

Allowed us to look at the car in great detail with no pressure on sales. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. All the paperwork was ready for when we made the purchase. The car was so clean both inside and out.
